WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We really hope you are happy with your Yung Cubs purchase, however if you do wish to return your item we request that you do so within 14 working days.
We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs.
Please note that we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we can not accept responsibility if your parcel goes missing.
SHIPPING
Domestic
Within the UK we post using Royal Mail. You can either choose First Class (1-3 working days) or Second Class (3-5 working days).
International
For orders outside of the UK we use the Royal Mail International standard service.
Please expect your parcel to take time to get to you, especially if you are purchasing from outside of Europe.
Please note that we ship solely from the UK at present which means you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any customs or import fees your country may charge.
